1. RESPONSIBILITIES & EXPECTATIONS

This agreement is here to set the stage for a successful partnership, establish expectations, and protect both parties. Aesthetic Growth Ventures commits to doing everything in our power to help you succeed and will provide the resources, network, training and coaching calls to guide you and your team to success.

However, success depends on the human element-you and your team. Our resources and strategy are new to most and require a learning process that takes time, focus, and dedication at every business level. You and your team must actively participate in training, use the resources, and seek help to improve before you can expect to see results.

Extraordinary results are not typical. It depends on market conditions, trends, seasonality, and you and your team's effort to follow the system. We provide a vehicle that simplifies the path to success, but your commitment is essential.

2. SUBSCRIPTION FEES & PAYMENT TERMS
Pricing:

🔹One payment of $12,000 for 12 weeks

Payments cover the delivery of the 12-week Titans 10X Growth Intensive defined in this agreement.

There is no active subscription after the initial 12 weeks. You’ll need to actively sign up for a new program to continue working with Aesthetic Growth Ventures.



3. ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

Ad Spend:

Ad spend is not included in the fee and you should expect to spend between $50–125 per show-up at your group demos. So if you can see 10 people, you should expect to spend between $500–1,250 per group demo. However, we do have quick cash injection plays that can help you before putting you own money into ads.

CRM Software:

You may use any CRM platform you prefer. However, we recommend Go High Level, as our funnel system is designed to be transferred directly into a Go High Level account fully built and ready to deploy. Any CRM subscriptions, software licenses, or other third-party tools required to implement the system are not included in the program fee and must be maintained and paid for by your company.

* Exceptions on official holidays and December 23rd, 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st every year.



5. GUARANTEE
You are backed by our money-back guarantee. If, within 12 weeks from the date of signing this Agreement, you do not either (a) achieve a 10X return on ad spend on at least one of your group demos, or (b) recover your $12,000 investment in the 12-week Titans 10X Growth Intensive, you will be eligible for a full refund, provided that you have complied with all of the following conditions:

🔹You launched your ads within 14 days of signing this Agreement, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Aesthetic Growth Ventures.

🔹You hosted a minimum of 5 group demos.

🔹You accurately tracked your numbers between each launch using our tracking system.



6. CANCELLATION & TERMINATION

The Investment is a one-time payment for the 12-week Titans 10X Growth Intensive. Because this is a fixed-term program and includes immediate access to materials, it may not be paused, canceled, or prorated after this Agreement has been signed. You will retain ownership of the system provided to you as part of the Titans 10X Growth Intensive.



7. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to keep all proprietary info confidential during and after this agreement, except info that is public, independently developed, or rightfully obtained from a third party. Breach may lead to legal action.



8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon receipt of payment and execution of this Agreement, you may use the Group Demo System within your company for your internal business purposes.

You may not resell, sublicense, share, reproduce, or distribute the Group Demo System, in whole or in part, to any third party without the prior written consent of Aesthetic Growth Ventures.

Any feedback, testimonials, case studies, or results you provide may be used by Aesthetic Growth Ventures for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes. Additionally, any insights, improvements, or discoveries arising from our work together may be incorporated into Aesthetic Growth Ventures’ materials, systems, or methodologies.


9. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

This is a partnership. You and your team agree to actively participate, follow our proven strategy, systems, and resources, and do what is necessary to make this collaboration successful. The more dedication you and your team invest, the greater your chances for success.



10. AGREEMENT ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By signing, you confirm you've read, understood, and agreed to these terms. You acknowledge that your success depends on your effort and external factors. This is the full agreement, superseding all prior versions.
